The clinic environment was spotless, calm, and professional, and the nursing team was exceptional — kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I had such a great experience at ZIA for my iron infusion. The entire process was incredibly easy — they took care of everything, including filling my prescription right on-site at their pharmacy. The treatment itself was so comfortable; I was seated in what felt like a spa chair with pillows, snacks, and a side table, while the nurse checked in on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. I got an iron infusion. Infusion was fine . This seemed more like a high end spa, than a medical procedure ( which has both its merits and demerits ) . The nurse could have been more professional. She was very nice and sweet but lacked professionalism. Place was clean and set up well. The nurse could have given better discharge instructions. I did not know what to expect and had a delayed hypersensitivity reaction in the night ( it was mild ) but I was given no Information on it and had to rush to the ER . I had a very poor experience at this iron transfusion clinic. The staff were unprofessional and showed little respect for patients’ time. I had a confirmed appointment, yet when I arrived, I was given a series of excuses as to why my transfusion couldn’t be done. First, I was told the transfusion set wasn’t available, then later that the staff had already gone home.
