I had a very poor experience at this iron transfusion clinic. The staff were unprofessional and showed little respect for patients’ time. I had a confirmed appointment, yet when I arrived, I was given a series of excuses as to why my transfusion couldn’t be done. First, I was told the transfusion set wasn’t available, then later that the staff had already gone home. This is a great option. I was getting a cold and booked in for IV immune boosting, I was able to get in the next day then felt amazing by the following day. I would hundred percent go back again when I'm feeling a cold coming on!

Wow, I am so impressed! I got an IV Iron Infusion after surgery. I had no side effects and am feeling so much better already! The nurse was fantastic!

I got an iron infusion. Infusion was fine . This seemed more like a high end spa, than a medical procedure ( which has both its merits and demerits ) . The nurse could have been more professional. She was very nice and sweet but lacked professionalism. Place was clean and set up well. The nurse could have given better discharge instructions. I did not know what to expect and had a delayed hypersensitivity reaction in the night ( it was mild ) but I was given no Information on it and had to rush to the ER . I feel considering... read more
