I was truly suffering for many years with extreme dry eye. Dr. Filler persisted with my insurance company in order to allow me to obtain the medication I needed, and I feel extremely thankful to have finally found relief. Thanks to her help, I can enjoy an improved quality of life. She is also very personable! I highly recommend.
Dr. Zimm is the best eye surgeon in the state of Pennsylvania. He explains everything to you. He listens and he also answers all your questions. All the staff are very nice. I would recommend dr. Zimm to everybody.
Extremely rude staff. Don't expect customer service skills from the billing department. Heaven help you if you have a question. Doctor charges $30 to have a tech write out a glasses prescription AFTER you already paid for the exam to determine that prescription. That is obscene.
