This might be a duplicate review, but that’s OK! I was just trying to say that I highly recommend Zirrus!! I have been pleased with all my services! But this review is specially for Evan and Mark, who came to my house to hang two large screen TVs in my house!! These two guys were so amazing! They were so efficient and so professional! Amanda was exceptional in both her customer service and her product knowledge. It was a pleasure working with her today. She’s one of the many wonderful people working at Zirrus that make the company so great to work with.
Fowler is an exceptional tech rep. She listened to my problems with the slow speeds and problems with the Ring app. She quickly reviewed my equipment and the status, resulting in a reset of my equipment and updating the software. She listened, understood, and gave her full attention to my concerns. And, she called me back today to check on the status of the system. She is the ultimate tech rep and an asset to Zirrus. Michelle was awesome!!! She answered all of my questions and she was super nice!!! She made sure I understood everything and ask me to call her back if I had any questions later!!
Mark was very nice and helpful. He let us know when he was on his way and fixed our phone line that had been struck by lightning shortly after arriving.
Amanda Was Awesome, So Friendly, Very Knowledgeable in all Aspects, Very Professional & Took the time to explain and answer all my questions.
