everyone has been friendly and professional, from the sales people, the layout crew, the trenchers and installers, and follow up office crew. I have called often with questions about speed, in house equipment and why there are fluctuations once the signal is moving thru my equipment. Bobby very quickly resolved my internet communication problem. He was extremely efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is a great representative for Zirrus and works so fast and effectively while troubleshooting and solving any problems.
John arrived on time (window I was expecting)… confirmed the previous equipment was faulty… installed the new equipment… explained the details… made sure my Wi-Fi on my phone was reconnected… also took the time to make sure my Wi-Fi reconnected to my tv setup… let me know if I needed further assistance to call and get help… very good experience… thanks
