Technician was very courteous and professional. Couldn't of asked for any better.
Both the fiber optic cable installation team, and the service tech were prompt and on time (early even). All questions and concerns addressed and taken care of, and everyone was friendly and wonderful to work with, all the way back to the sales team.
Y'all, give this man a raise. Mark earned his money this morning. With a storm last night and freshly graded driveway there was no way his van was going up it. I met him at the bottom of my 1/4 mile sopping, muddy driveway and asked him if he would be willing to let me haul him up and down on the UTV and guess what? He sure did!
