Wow! Talk about great service!! Dwayne came by this week to get our service hooked up at our new house. We are new to the area and he was so welcoming and sweet. He not only did an amazing job with getting us connected but also gave me a lot of info on the wonderful community we are now part of š Yadtel should be very proud of the people they employ, I have had nothing but great experiences!!Ā

Amanda was extremely helpful about my issue. But I found out my inquiring about my bill that I have been paying an up charge of $10 for at least over a year. Wish I had been offered a credit for all the months I overpaid. Otherwise, again, Amanda was most helpful!Ā
I needed some help with billing and then again with my online account. The representative was very helpful. She was courteous and polite as well. I got the help I needed In a few short minutes and was off the phone in no time.Ā
