Could not ask for friendlier customer service! Barry was the tech, he solved the problem and followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was working correctly.
NCDOT cut main fiber optic cable along our road and we lost internet AND phone service in Hamptonville, NC. This was critical in that we have a working-from-home situation. Paula and Kayla responded to my questions and concerns promptly and professionally and Paula even called to confirm our service was fully restored once repairs were completed.
