First time I met the new provider I would be seeing after mine left the practice (good for her) she was condescending and unprofessional. After speaking about herself for a good portion of the visit, none of my concerns were addressed. I was handed a couple of referrals without being asked further questions. UPDATE: IF YOU WANT TO DIE, JUST BECOME A PATIENT HERE! AS OF TODAY 6/26/24, I GIVE DOUBLE NEGATIVE STARS TO THIS OFFICE!!!! I really hate to give this bad review, but it's been a long time coming. Dr. Ahmed is an amazing doctor, but my experience has not been the same since he left the Miind Doctor in Crestwood, IL. It's hard to get prescriptions filled, the staff does not communicate well, and the wait to be seen is ridiculous. My appointment was at 3:30,. I’ve been going here for a few years now and the level of service has declined dramatically in recent months. Referrals are constantly being put in wrong or just not being put in at all. I’ve been on the phone sometimes for thirty minutes to talk to someone. Dr. Dickerson and Jennifer working the front office were the only saving graces, but I just can’t do it anymore. If I could leave zero stars I would. With the exception of the nurse practitioner Zoe and Jessica, this is absolutely the worst office there is. There is zero communication, zero care or concern and trying to get a hold of someone is unheard of and when you do get a call back it will be within days. I was ordered a CT scan for a possible concussion and was told I was receive results that day, if not the next morning.
