If I could leave zero stars I would. With the exception of the nurse practitioner Zoe and Jessica, this is absolutely the worst office there is. There is zero communication, zero care or concern and trying to get a hold of someone is unheard of and when you do get a call back it will be within days. I was ordered a CT scan for a possible concussion and was told I was receive results that day, if not the next morning. I hate getting referrals, but that's because my union sends them late. Megan, and Dr.Greg are amazing! Meghan always responds to portal messages, not Greg,but he is a great doctor. He is patient and kind, Meghan is down to earth and kind. I tried getting a appointment with Nagubadi a long time ago, she is always packed,and not taking patients. I have seen almost every doctor, and Meghan and Dr.Greg is who you should see,trust me.

Jessica Dickinson is good but to try to get the support staff to do anything is very hard. I think z medi has a problem with the support staff and doesn't really care about it.

Impossible to get prescription refilled unless you drive to the office. Good luck getting a phone call returned. They are way under staffed.

While the doctor is very knowledgeable and personable the office staff is horrible at answering any calls and they NEVER return any calls. Been trying to get them to send a prescription to our pharmacy and have not gotten any help. Better off going in person to get any prescription and take it to the pharmacy yourself.
