DOES NOT WORK This vacuum does not work. Follow all instructions. It slowly worked for 10 minutes, Then stopped moving. Suction was great. No air in lines. Did not move. Increased suction. Changed setting. DID NOT MOVE Retried everything. Very frustrating. Had an old zodiac similar to this one. Worked great until it fell apart. So I got this one as abigger better model. Looks great....does not move. DO NOT BUY
Wish this would have been returnable I purchased this a little over a year ago and have been using it for a little under one year. Unfortunately, this product is not well made. One of the hose segments is already cracked. Additionally, this device stays in the deep end even though it definitely reaches the shallow end.
Disappointing Not all hoses fit together properly. Still gets hung up around corners and pool ladder.
Don't buy, hose coils up and stops from cleaning the entire pool While this product works in theory, it doesn't work in actuality. The cleaner moves along the floor and walls just fine until the hose coils up. Then it only goes where the coil forces it to go, meaning it doesn't clean the entire pool. While I think this is a good cleaner when that doesn't happen, it happens too often to recommend buying this one. Sorry...not good.
Doesn’t work, waste of money and time. The packaging and delivery was fine. When we received our baracuda, our pool pump stopped working so by the time we got the pump replaced, installed the vacuum, and troubleshoot to get it working, the return window was over.We attached the baracuda as instructed, but the suction never lasted more than 10 seconds. Gets stuck on EVERYTHING multiple times each day This gets stuck in one place, such as on the ladder, steps, bottom drain, return jets, plugged jets, the pool light, etc. It will stay there for hours if not manually rescued. As a result, I'm unable to run this when I'm away from home. I'm giving it a second star because it does clean fairly well, but misses some areas of the pool. I will not recommend it to friends :-/
Stays in tiny portion of pool, doesn't move to most of the pool Seems to stay in a very small section of the pool, even adjusting weights and water flow. Greatly disappointed.
