Five Stars It has been working great!!!! Great buy
It's OK, but not without hassles. When I received the product, the box was missing several parts described in the Quick Start Guide. The only things I actually received were the vacuum head and the hoses. After 3-4 phone calls to the company I received the missing parts in dribs and drabs over the following 3-4 weeks. The agent was not particularly friendly. For example, during the last phone call, I mentioned that was still waiting on a part. He said (paraphasing here), "Don't worry about it. Great little swimming pool vacuum for the money! I've had this for about 2 weeks now, and so far so good. I have a raised type drain, but it hasn't gotten stuck at all so far. The only down side I would give it is the connections it provides for the skimmer connection. There's plenty of attachments to connect it up, but the directions makes it way to difficult. I resorted to using only what I needed to make the connection and didn't even worry about the flow adjustment, and it worked fine. Not sure everyone will have the sam... read more

This thing is awesome and I love that there are so few parts ... Was set up in less than 20 minutes and worked right out of the box. It replaced our 12 year old hayward that was nothing but headaches and maintenance. Climbs to the top of the walls with ease.
