Three Stars Simple design, but does not cover all areas of my pool.
Product is very good but you have to download the directions for use ... Product is very good but you have to download the directions for use from their website. Very frustrating it almost made me return the product. Glad I did not return because it works very well!
Five Stars Best pool cleaner I've had!
Does the job really well - no moving parts We had a Polaris cleaner for a few years and it was total crap. It didn't do a very good job at all, it got stuck all the time, and it had pieces BREAK and those pieces are VERY EXPENSIVE. The hoses are a pain to connect with the screw connectors, plus the hoses got brittle and CRACKED. EXPENSIVE replacement. The net that collects leaves got brittle and tore. EXPENSIVE replacement. Scot M. Walker says: How funny is it that right after I posted this the G3 cleaner stopped working? It just sits there even though there is plenty of suction coming through the hose. Sigh. It looks like I may have put too much water pressure on my G3 and I ripped the diaphragm. I ordered a 2-pack from Amazon and hopefully that will solve the problem. I adjusted the water pressure to 3. I had it at 6!
Great Pool Cleaner with Simple Design Glad I bought this pool cleaner. Works great at low pressure, which is one of the reasons I bought this product after reading many favorable reviews. It is a simple design and there are only a few parts, which are inexpensive to replace. I have a Sta-Rite variable speed pump & try to run it at a low speed to save energy. I replaced my Navigator vacuum with this cleaner and I'm glad I did. The Navigator never made it to the shallow end of the pool and there are lots of parts that wear out... read more
Baracuda G3 pool cleaner - Great product This is a wonderful product for cleaning the pool. We put it in the first day we received it and have not taken it out even when someone is swimming. We turn it off at night and turn it back on in the morning and it starts right up cleaning where it left off.
I was able to get rid of my pool guy ... I was able to get rid of my pool guy. This keeps the pool clean I just brush pool and keep up chemicals.
Great for above ground pools too. The Barracuda states it is for under ground pools. I was very hesitant to buy this for my above ground pool. I did anyway because I needed vacuum. I am glad I bought this one. It works great. It is very quiet and doesn't get stuck under my steps of my pool ladder.
Five Stars Works fine....I have installed about 100 or so over the years...one moving part!
