Great for a deep pool with steep walls This thing works great on my pool, which is old-school deep (9 feet) and huge, but updated with PebbleTec. I was warned that the cleaners with wheels would lose their way about halfway up and end up careening back to the bottom of the pool, which is a problem I've never had with this cleaner. Lovin our barracuda I'll provide another update after a few months, so far so good. We live next to neighbors who have yet to cut back their large obnoxious tree (I love the shade it provides, but it could still be shady without drooping all its leaves in our pool...anyhow!) The baracuda has kept our pool blue and clean since we bought 3 weeks ago. Hope it stays this way throughout the year!

Great Pool Cleaner. I've had a Baracuda for over 10 years. Great for those in-the-ground pools that do not get a bunch of leaves in them. I run my constantly. Whenever the pool is running, so is the cleaner.
