Five Stars good suction, but if have an older pool this might start to suck off layers of your pool.
definitely recommend. Bought this one after the G4 started to fall apart after about 5/6 years of use. The G4 is no longer available, but the G3 is basically the same. Both work really well, climb the walls, go up the steps and onto the beach entrance. Sometimes it does get stuck on one of the corners, but most of the time it wiggles itself out. It keeps my pool looking very clean with very little hassle on my side. definitely recommend.

I'm more than happy with this purchase Just set this baby up and all I can say is, "Wow." I've had 3 Haywards now and after replacing the parts in #3 and still getting less-than-stellar results, I decided to go with this Baracuda. 10 minutes in, and seeing it go where Hayward never went (water line, steps, etc) I'm more than happy with this purchase. Great Cleaner G3 works perfectly. It crawls the walls and cleans every inch of my pool. It does get caught on the step sometimes, but worth the hassle that I don't have to vacuum manually anymore.
Very good pool cleaner - low maintenance. Replaced previous Baracuda G3. While these have no moving parts, they do wear out. Our previous one lasted 5 years so I expect as much from this one. Make sure to use the pressure gauge that comes with it to minimize how often it gets stuck on the drain or in corners. It climbs the walls, sometimes gets up on our beer beach, all in all, keeps the pool spotless. We never have to brush the sides of our pool with this cleaner.
