Barracuda G3 Item arrived on time and it was as promised. This is an improved version of the Barracuda I owned before and it works like a dream. Good vendor and a good deal.
Works excellent stairs, wall sides and flooring The farthest end of my pool is 25 ft, so I use 8 segment + 2, but I found it works best at 8+1 segment. From the side port I connect 1 hose segment then the leaf catcher. Then between the 2nd and third segment I put a connector ($8.0) with swivel. This swivel solve most of the problen with the hose looping and get stucked. The only drawback is it sucks some air but I think its negligible. 2nd Baracuda This is my 2nd Baracuda - I like everything about it and there isn't anything I don't like. I have tried another very popular brand and the Baracuda is my favorite by far and one of the reasons for that is that when it suctions up a small rock, it doesn't stop - it continues to work.
Great product, great price THis is great for keeping my pool clean between pool man visits. Really works well. Pool man recommended this over other newer models including robotic ones as being easier and cheaper to maintain,
GREAT DEAL I loved my old g3, but it had run out of gas and they discontinued making them. This was a good price as I did not want a newer model at twice the price as I know what to expect from the g3 and was pleased to find one.
Good prosuct It's a good product, instructions left much to be desired. I had to look online for more details regarding proper installation. Product works fine since.
Saves me a lot of time. Works well cleaning the pool. Only issue is that sometimes it gets stuck at the steps and I have to move it away but it's not a big deal.
