works great, great price It works great and a great price. Note: If you have leaves in your pool, the baracuda will suck up the leaves but they could get stuck in your pipes. You should buy a "leaf canister' if you have this problem
Reliable cleaner. Works good except it has a tendency to repeat its pattern. Sometimes gets hung up at the corner where steps meet the wall. Very reliable with few moving parts.

Baracuda G3 - terrific A little more difficult than I thought to assemble - but with a friend's help my mistake was corrected and I am very happy with the results. I previously owned a Hayward and so far I like it much more. It really moves around the pool and goes up quite a bit on the sides of the pool. Next time I use the pool cleaner I will be attaching the grunite and see how that works. In my opinion this is a great product.
Updated and still cleaning My barracuda stays in the pool and runs the entire time that the pump is in operation. I only take it out when there is a pool party at the house. This works beautifully, and my pool service love it because it cuts down on their time cleaning my pool. This is the third barracuda that I have bought, and they run until the pieces wear out due to so much usage. Well worth the price I paid, and when this one wears out, I'll purchase a new one.
Wonderful new pool cleaner This is the best pool cleaner by far. I bought it to replace an older G4 model and I like it better than my old one. I installed it easily and quickly using the included instructions. I would recommend this seller to friends.

Owned one for 6 years, the new one works exactly as expected The only thing I have ever replaced on these units is the diaphram (abt every 2 years) and one time replacement of the fins.
Love it! I have had Barry for several months now. What a time-saver! It does a great job keeping the pool clean, it even keeps the walls clean. It tries to do the steps but because we have a free-form pool and the wall is curved where it meets the step Barry sometimes gets stuck if it tries to climb the steps in that one particular spot. But it doesn't happen often enough to annoy me.
