IT WORKS & I DON"T HAVE TO!
I used this item for the first time today. All I had to do was set it up, put it into the pool, connect it, and watch it work. After that, the hardest task I had to do was enjoy my beverage! I am amazed at how thoroughly it vacuums the pool. The startup guide was simple(perhaps too much so) ... but by paying close attention to the diagrams and taking your time, it was a piece of cake to get it going.
The best friend of our pool guy
Being in Florida pools are not 'closed' for winter time. See us as a snowbirds that are away from Florida and the pool for some 6 months in the year our pool guy recommended the Baracuda. Although he continues to service the pool every week, also when we are not around, the Baracuda is not only helping him but it keeps our pool in 'showroom' condition. We love it.
Good pool cleaner
After our pool service man dropped ours, I had to search for a replacement. I tried others but the G3 was the best for our pool. I purchased another and it does works very, very well. I just wish the diaphragm's would last longer.

Well made, easy to assemble and does a great job. Much better than the higher priced models as there are less working parts to break!

Excellent Cleaner
I live in South Florida. The last Barracuda lasted ten yeares with a few replacement parts. I expect the same results from this unit.
Best Pool Cleaner......Period!
I may have already reviewed this a couple years ago when I first got it (?)
Whatever....it's still the best and least hassle pool cleaner I've ever had.
So simple in design....rarely gets stuck. You can tell it's working just by
looking at the waves on the pool surface.
It stopped working last week. I couldn't find anything wrong. Then I found a great
video on YouTube that showed how the diaphragm inside could get a tear...and sure

great affordable product
I had the G5 and had ALOT of trouble with it.
It wore out quickly and the costs to replace the worn parts was MORE than the costs of a NEW G3!
The combination of the G3 with the Twister Pool Hose Rotator is an UNBEATABLE combination@
Affordable and for the FIRST time I get the ENTIRE pool cleaned, all by itself, with these two products!
Even the steps and walls! And BOTH for much less than ANY of the other costly products that don't handle or clean as well.

didn't work for me
the product is good, no complains specifically about it, but you have to be careful about your pool configuration. If you have steps inside your pool it will get stuck. I needed to return it.
