G3 Baracuda pool cleaner
Very easy to install. Cleans complete pool including sides. Very few parts that wear out. Out cleans more expensive pool cleaners
Works well... most of the time.
When you haven't got time to stand there and go back and forth with a manual hose cleaner, this is a great substitute. Only gripe is I find it misses about 10% of the pool area no matter how many times it limps back and forth. So I end up having to get out the manual vacuum for that 10% anyway.

Bought this because a friend had the same one and recommended it. I love this vacuum. I have huge trees in my back yard and in the fall tons of leaves end up in the pool. I couldnt imagine having to manually vaccuum the pool every day. This thing works great! Check the manufacturers website, I got a great rebate when buying this from Amazon.
We love Baracuda
Ordered this as a replacement when our old one (5 years old) finally fell apart. We could have chosen other brands but from past experience of other brands this one is the champ. On this newer model they have added a large circular ring above where it connects to the hose. This is a great addition because now it doesn't tangle up against the ladder or steps.
Great suction - climbs the walls and steps of our pool and keeps the pool sparkling clean and really reducing our maintenance time.

BEST PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY
I PURCHASED MY BARACUDA G3 AFTER I HAD MY POOL REDONE IN MAY OF 2000.IT HAS PICKED UP LEAVES,DIRT.ASH,FROM LOCAL FIRES.THIS IS THE BEST POOL SWEEP EVER.IT HAS BEEN RUNNING 5HRS.A DAY,365 DAYS A YEAR,FOR 12 YEARS NONSTOP.IT FINNALY GAVE OUT,I AM OFF TOO BUY A NEW ONE
