RecommendedWe had our pool built in the summer of 2014. The process of working through the layout was painless. We had a tight space to fit through on the side of the house and Collin made sure that it was not a problem. The pool is beautiful and we have been enjoying it since the day it was completed.

So far, I have been fighting with a $564 POS! My MX8 Elite will vacuum where it is sitting. travels some small distance and... that's it. But it is not so much the pool vac itself that is my REAL problem. It is the fact that I have contacted the company TWICE and have yet to get any response from them. This is the poorest customer service I have seen. Sometimes a marginally defective product gets past inspectors. Recommendedthis is not a good review. We have had nothing but problems with our pool. It started 1 month after the original build and has continued for 2 years. After spending our own money to prove the pool was falling apart they agreed to replace the pool which took over 6 months. They never take responsibility and it's always someone else's mistake. They hire the subs so it's Zodiacs mistakes. The pool is in but it's not complete and now we have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to come out and finish. Mary
