This is our second one and the old one seemed to do a better job, so this one may need something adjusted.

I called The company and the guy I spoke with said he would send me out a piece that goes inside of it to give a try. He said its the only moving part. It arrived today and my husband put it in and that thing is zipping all over the pool now. It’s a little rubbery thing and it had a little hole in it. So now I am one happy customer again.
