I had my first visit yesterday with Kristen Shelton. It was a wonderful experience! The office is atmosphere is calm and inviting. Jenna was very thorough and kind and eased my concerns during intake. Alicia did a great job with my blood draw and took some time to help me upload some documents. Kristen listened and answered all of my questions with kindness and compassion. Diane at the front desk was very friendly. I'm so happy I decided to change providers!
I really enjoyed my experience here! I stayed with my teen/adult primary care even when the drive was 2+ hours because I couldn’t find a doctor I liked after moving. I came here for one appointment, so far, and everyone was so nice and personable! I felt like they truly spoke to you as another human and not just as a patient. I loved it here! Such a plus to have a doctor close by again too!
I moved from Pennsylvania where I had an amazing primary care provider and was a little reluctant to change. I came across Zoe care after literally 2 years of looking for somewhere that would come close to what I was used to. I have been going to Zoe Therapy for years and when I heard they had diversified and were opening a primary care facility next door I was ecstatic! Jenna and Dr. Heppner are PHENOMENAL and I feel genuinely cared for whenever I go in. They listen to your symptoms - something sadly rare in the medical field - and don't take your troubles lightly. Zoe Primary Care provides truly intentional and mindful care for any issues or concerns our family has faced. Dr. Heppner provides the greatest healthcare experience that I have ever had with a PCP. She truly cares for her patients and offers many angles of treatment that most Doctors wouldn’t think of.
