Highly recommend Zoe RVA for primary care services! The clinicians here are incredibly friendly and make sure you feel comfortable, accepted, and supported while receiving care here. The office is also set up beautifully and is very sensory-friendly, which was super helpful for me. They were able to get me in to see a provider incredibly fast. Thank you all so much for the great service you provide!
Started coming to this practice about 5 months ago. I absolutely love it! I have see Kristen Shelton both time and could not be happier with my decision to switch practices. She’s AMAZING! She listens and is super knowledgeable . They don’t ever rush you… staff is all that and so helpful. None of this waiting on the phone stuff. It’s great because they have primary care and if you choose you can do therapy as well. It’s also my understanding they have a dietitian that’s very good as well. I never leave reviews, but if you want to have a nurse practitioner that doesn’t listen to you and shuts down your concerns, go see Diane Burton! I could tell she didn’t want to deal with me as soon as she stepped into the room. Unprofessional front desk. The rest of the staff is nice. Save your time. I felt truly disrespected today. I also ordered labs, good thing I know how to follow up to Labcorp, because another person said they had quite a terrible experience recently getting her labs done. I absolutely love this office! The staff is always welcoming and kind, and I never have to wait long for my appointments. They handle paperwork and prescriptions quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. I see Diane, and she’s truly the best provider I’ve ever had—thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen and makes me feel seen and supported every visit. You won’t regret choosing this amazing team for your care! 💕
I have NEVER had a better experience with docters or even drs offices, than at this practice and with this Dr and her nurse. (Dr. Hepner and nurse Jenna) The attention and care they give you is greater than you will ever experience in any Dr's office. The dr is gifted and extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. I was completely blown away.
