Highly recommend Zoe RVA for primary care services! The clinicians here are incredibly friendly and make sure you feel comfortable, accepted, and supported while receiving care here. The office is also set up beautifully and is very sensory-friendly, which was super helpful for me. They were able to get me in to see a provider incredibly fast. Thank you all so much for the great service you provide!
My wife and I relocated from upstate New York to Richmond, Virginia, and when we arrived, we were both in need of a primary physician. I cannot say enough great things about Diane! She truly listens, never rushes appointments, and makes me feel heard and cared for every time I’m there. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understand my options. I always leave feeling confident in my care. I recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP! ❤️
Started coming to this practice about 5 months ago. I absolutely love it! I have see Kristen Shelton both time and could not be happier with my decision to switch practices. She’s AMAZING! She listens and is super knowledgeable . They don’t ever rush you… staff is all that and so helpful. None of this waiting on the phone stuff. It’s great because they have primary care and if you choose you can do therapy as well. It’s also my understanding they have a dietitian that’s very good as well. I never leave reviews, but if you want to have a nurse practitioner that doesn’t listen to you and shuts down your concerns, go see Diane Burton! I could tell she didn’t want to deal with me as soon as she stepped into the room. Unprofessional front desk. The rest of the staff is nice. Save your time. I felt truly disrespected today. I also ordered labs, good thing I know how to follow up to Labcorp, because another person said they had quite a terrible experience recently getting her labs done.
