The therapists and nurse practitioners at this location are wonderfully compassionate. I struggled to find psychiatric help my entire life. I have had therapists tell me that they were not qualified to deal with me, tell me that my loved ones will leave me if I don't get a handle of things, and even had one pick up the phone while I was leaving a voicemail and said, "Just stop talking already." I've traditionally had pretty good relations with Zoe RVA. I've been seeing Rebecca Smith for just over 2 years now, and she's emphathtic and kind. I can now also vouch for the front desk staff now too. Today I was having trouble with their patient portal, and it took both Sam P and Diana K helping me out to sort it into working. Both of them were patient and had a great sense of humor as we worked on fixing my issue. ZOE Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine ("ZOE") has been tremendous it helping me , physically, mentally, and socially. ZOE provided me a team of well knowledged and empathetic people. They feel like friends. I have learned to to mindful, to deal with and almost eliminate anxiety, I have built confidence, and I am enjoying life again. I am so pleased with the care and experience I’ve had with Zoe. I reached out to other providers for years and never made the step to schedule appointments because I didn’t feel comfortable with any of the staff, especially the office folks. Zoe’s receptionists and front office team were so great from the first moment I reached out!
