I've been in therapy with Julie Canada for at least 3 years. I came to her an emotional mess where we needed to be in session at least once a week. I am now a healed client because of her guidance. We meet once a month now and when we meet there's not really anything to be guided about. I really love my therapist and am thankful I was matched with her. I've really grown mentally and emotionally.
The therapists and nurse practitioners at this location are wonderfully compassionate. I struggled to find psychiatric help my entire life. I have had therapists tell me that they were not qualified to deal with me, tell me that my loved ones will leave me if I don't get a handle of things, and even had one pick up the phone while I was leaving a voicemail and said, "Just stop talking already." I did 4 therapy sessions here. Just chatted with a therapist about random things. He did not seem interested in making any progress or give me tools to cope with problems, we just talked. Then I found out they charge my insurance almost 400$ a session. Supporting practices like this is supporting a broken health care system that is barely affordable and is not effective.
Been with Zoe for a good while. My provider is an active listener. She offers me life-changing patience and support. I'm ever grateful to her and Zoe! You have my heart-felt thanks.
Highly recommend Zoe Therapy! Very companionate employees! They listen and understand! They give you the tools to help you with stress and anxiety! Wonderful practice!!
