This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life working with a legal team! Cody Nixon was especially helpful, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. Brice Zoecklein has put together an all-star organization that treats their clients like family, which is the exact attitude you need for estate planning.
In office correspondence was great. Courteous, professional. Other correspondence was fair. We dragged our feet and getting our wills done and following up, but they did as well. At one point it was not until we followed up that we got the ball rolling again after an extended period of mutual non follow-up. Chances are you'll have a great experience as long as you keep the ball rolling and follow up.
Experience was easy. Diana answered our questions and led us through the process, making changes when we changed our minds. All the people were pleasant and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them.
