Hired them for a probate case; breach of trust. Three years later two court losses with no addressing the crux of the issue. Quick becoming a money pit. Not happy with the outcome at this point in time. Ignoring my phone calls and not responding to inquiries - the list goes on...
Terrible experience! Took six months to get a complaint for unlawful detainer taken care of and that was with myself doing a lot of leg work calling courts and sheriffs office as well as having to contact the attorney for updates and to point out errors. There was no rush on their part to get anything taken care of which ended up costing me not only more from them but six months of mortgage, HOA and utility payments on a house we couldn’t get into until they got the matter taken care of. If you are looking to be placed with an entry level paralegal. this is the law firm for you. We signed on gave a deposit in December and got placed with a 25 year old paralegal who could not answer questions regarding trusts. We emailed the attorney Michelle Zoecklein and we were ignored for a month. The attorneys are not involved. We got nothing from this firm for almost 3 months until we asked for a refund and requested cancellation so we could get our credit card money back for not producing documents. These are con men not lawyers and from the beginning I was in shock and disbelief. They never listened and did what they wanted to bill you and never update until I fired them and then gave me an update so they could charge again. They claimed to review documents from a trust company that I never had a problem with. You have already been stolen from and all these guys will do is steal more money from you!
