Unprofessional attitude from reception. Just needed some clarification, the guys attitude was juvinile at best and told me my case was closed. I didn't know that receptionists made those decisions. This is after I had spoke with consultation and they seemed interested in my case. This place is a circus from my experience. It would be best to just skip over this law firm.
