This is our 1st time to celebrate our daughter's birthday at Zone Bowling Castle Hill. We had a great experience with the professionalism of the staffs. The event ran smoothly and our host, Ethan was delivering exceptional services. He interacted with the kids and especially our birthday girl. He's also helpful in order to make the run down easier. Wow. Had the best kids party I’ve ever been to. Was 3hrs of non-stop party time. Managers & host were all accommodating & listened to feedback. We were given options, & time constraints weren’t an issue. Was chaotic but so fun! Adults got to play the kids in laser tag & we were sweating & laughing in equal measure. Was a fantastic afternoon & thanks so much to Zone for making it easy & enjoyable for everyone. Would def book again!
We had our daughter’s birthday party here and the hosts were Kane and Matilda. We thought they handled the whole party of 18 kids brilliantly! Matilda was able to manage all the kids well and Kane kept things organised the whole time. They were easy to get along with, and told us parents to just sit back and enjoy! All the kids loved the party and had a good time.
We celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday at Zone Bowling Castle Hill and kids had a lot of fun. I didn’t have to worry much about anything since everything was arranged for. Our party host Matilda has lined up all the activities as planned. She was good with all the arrangements and provided everything that kids needed. Some of the guns at the laser tag were out of battery which was kind of a hinderance and I wish Zone bowling performed some checks before hand. We had our son’s birthday party and it was such a great experience. Asharia was really helpful, involved with the kids and just had such a great, positive energy the whole time. She was always around, checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly, which took a lot of stress off us. She honestly made the whole party feel easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated it and our son had the best time.
