My experience with Zoom Home Lending was absolutely superb 👌 from start to finish. Everyone that I worked with was AMAZING. They were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. They left no questions unanswered. Natalie is definitely #1 in my book. She answered and returned all of my calls, texts, and emails, and she even sent me a beautiful welcome home gift. Ms. Newal Latta was amazing, she is upfront with no bs and gets to the point on what is the best she can do for a customer and why. I never had a question she could not answer day or night! Zoom home lending is the absolute best! The service they provided were second to none. I never had to wait on anything and the process was explained perfectly! Khalil did an outstanding job daily & weekly explaining how the process would work with my VA home refinancing and he kept me abreast of all upcoming tasks. Deanna was amazing all through our refi process from start to finish! She reached out to us to lower our interest rate, and thoroughly explained the program and all of the benefits we would receive.
