Heather in Horseheads is so friendly, the salon is always super clean! And the sales are so great, they have such a huge selection of lotions! The booths always give me great color. Highly recommended!!!
I love the variety of lotions that are offered. I have never had to wait in line and the cleanliness is spot on. But I have to give a special shout out to the staff. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a treat when Rose is working. She’s always bubbly, friendly and super helpful .
The Horseheads, Zoom Tan is great. You can expect a very clean facility, welcoming atmosphere, and the employees are very friendly. One employee who stands out to me is, Rose; she is just amazing. She has the best customer service, is extremely knowledgeable about both UV and spray tanning, she educates on deals and products without being pushy, and overall takes real good care of the facility and customers on a personal level. Every time I go to the Horseheads Zoom Tan, all the staff are so friendly, and so helpful with your tanning needs. Rose is so sweet, friendly, and always makes it a great experience when I come into Zoom Tan. She always makes sure my tanning needs are met, and she’s always keeping the salon clean. Absolutely love tanning here! The rooms are always so clean, the staff are so friendly. Rose is a doll. She has helped me with recommendations on tanning lotions and always a pleasure to see her face greet me!
