We stay here every year for the wine festival in March. Great location, good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. Not fancy or luxurious but practical and perfect for our needs. more »

A nice, reasonably priced, place to stay. An old style motel that is revamped and attractive - kind of retro-chic. Desk staff is helpful, clear and friendly. Breakfast at the diner is good - we shared the large portions. Big rooms, large dressing areas. Free wife. more »

My wife and I stayed at the Adelaide Inn for 4 nights from 4/20 thru 4/24/17. Base for a wine tasting trip and dinner out each evening.
We took the wine package(1 night only) and the rest at reg
ular room rates. Room was roomy, small refrigerator, nice vanity area and shower. Plenty of storage for suitcases and clothes. Clean. Front desk very helpful. Daily $ 5 coupon per person/ entree for Margie's Diner next door. Also took advantage of wine tasting coupons for tastings at some of the wineries in the area. The coupons saved us some real money.
The stay was not 5 star, however. The Inn was accomodating a large group of bicyclists for a local bike event, the "Paso Gran Fundo 2017." They set up headquarters in the adjacent room with an awning, welcome table out front consuming several parking places. The Inn was full so this was problematic. Our spot was taken on several occasions forcing me to ask for help at the front desk. The Inn finally had to put up traffic cones with a sign that the spot in front of our room was assigned to our room! And they were noisy. This morning we woke to 20 or so cyclists surrounding our car rental apparently preparing to go off to their event of the day. As we were heading out, I mentioned my concern to one of them regarding my rental car and the potential for scratching it.
" Don't worry, that isn't going to happen" he said as he told the others to be careful of the car and to not touch it. Of course, one of them had to touch it right as he gave the warning. We went off to breakfast and when we returned, they all had left.
My rating of the Adelaide Inn:
Comfort 5 stars
Cleanliness 5 stars
Front desk 5 stars
Quiet 3 stars
Convenience 2 stars( because of the bicycles and their behavior)
Overall 3.5 stars

Needing a convenient, reasonable place to stay after visiting Yosemite and with a little time to spare on the way to San Francisco, we opted to Paso Robles (for the wine) and the Adelaide Inn. It was by far the best motel we've visited in our month on the road - lovely room, fabulous bed and linen, quiet and comfortable - made more special by the welcome and all the helpful advice we were given. If only we could have stayed longer more »

The inn is very quaint and had all the amenities you would need in a hotel room. It seemed fairly clean and the rooms were spacious. Some of the lights, our TV cabinet and blind for the window didn39;t work right, but overall, it was a cute little spot with a pool and you felt safe there. This was rated 4 stars, as it seemed the fan in the room wasn't working to its full extent and the issues above. Still a great weekend spot to relax and unwind with the gorgeous plants and trees everywhere. more »

Rooms are big and clean. King bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful on arrival suggesting where to get some food/drinks nearby. Bathroom and amenities were perfect. It was a little noisy in the morning with other rooms checking out early but nothing to worry about.
They had many vouchers for tasting or bottle discount for Wineries in the region so worth checking in with them.
It is a bit further from the main centre of town so either a long walk or quick cab in.

Adelaide Inn is a motel, very neat, clean and wonderful staff.
The rooms are quite big, has TV, free wi-fi, coffee/teamaker, showers and toilet. Choose between two beds or one large. They also o
ffer smoking-rooms, which are about 25-30 USD cheaper.
Do not stay inte rooms from 120-125. They are too close to McDonalds so you will hear the voice from 0600 hrs saying: One McMuffin and do you need something to drink...
Two-storey motel, try to get on the 1st floor, ground floor ok, good if you want to park your car and just drag the suitcase. Parking is free of charge.
Rooms 400 and upwards, great. 100-120 my favorites.
Apprx. cost around 120-140 USD + tax per room.
Pool area, very nicely done. Lots of service places, gas stations, Starbucks, fast food close and within walking distance from the motel area.
Can highly recommend this motel.

Another nice stay at the Adelaide Inn. Probably the 25th time we've stayed here over more than 20 years!

Whenever we don't rent a house in Paso Robles, we always stay here. Cl
ean, comfortable, efficient. Very professional staff. Good location (easy access to 101 and walking distance to several small restaurants).

When friends ask about where to stay in Paso, we always recommend the Adelaide Inn; they are always very pleased with their stay and thank us for the recommendation.

Why would you stay anywhere else?

Had the pleasure of staying here during the 2017 Eroica California bike ride and expo. Possibly one of the best places I've ever stayed at, with customer service second to none! Checking in late at night as a cool rain fell, I felt instantly welcome in the cozy lobby, which even had a real fire glowing near their couch. So nice to check in without hassle and enjoy a comfy soft bed and amenities like fancy toiletries, a mini fridge, even a microwave. Though we were too busy to enjoy the pool and cute mini golf course on site, these extras were just steps away. Can't say enough how nice it was to enjoy free fresh cookies in the lobby, plus a free orange picked from local trees! The cherry on top is the resident cat Junior, who was so nice to tolerate our adoring pets on his head.
Not only is the inn great, but a little strip mall of restaurants across the street has every cuisine you could want - plus a 24-hour Starbucks! Definitely will stay at this location again when attending Eroica. The rates are fantastic, and the distance to downtown is probably less than 2 miles. Overall a great stay.

The room was quiet and clean with tasteful, up to date decor. Very comfortable pillow-top bed. Refrigerator with small freezer kept things cold. Quality bath amenities came in handy. Room was dark at night with the help of a pull down blind to keep light out. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast treats of muffins, scones and fruit. Good full breakfast options close by. Afternoon cookies available too! Able to park right outside our room. Overall attention to details in the room made for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioner was a bit loud at night, however, it stayed on constantly, which was better than having it kick on and off which tends to wake me up. Earplugs a must for anyone who doesn't sleep well with white noise. Never heard other guests even though there were plenty of cars in the lot. more »

I rented two rooms at the Adelaide Inn for myself and my small film crew. From the fantastic greeting at the front desk to the hot tub by the pool--this place is fantastic. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, the water was hot and forceful. It was a dream and we all slept like babies. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. more »
