My experience with Extra credit was amazing from the time I walked in the front door to a great smile and warm atmosphere. All the employees there are nice but it's one that was amazing and I wil…l only go to her from now on and her name is Lisa Stateler she was so genuine and honest and funny a great person that believes in helping people not blowing steam and just telling people what they want to hear but doing thing to make sure your comfortable and well rounded in life and I believed everything she says and that's a hard thing to do nowadays this wonderful woman needs a 100000000 dollar raise just how she handles people's personal life and hardships Thank you Lisa Stateler!! more »

worst service ever. I applied for a loan and they gave me such a hassle about it. It took two weeks of going back and forth between amanda and valerie then to find out they decline my app. Worst custo…mer service ever. When you say they lean to everyone. NOT TRUE. The reason why I was declined was because I would not put my direct deposit with them even though I told them I would open a account. Beware. more »

I applied on line for the debt crushes loan. Amanda Work called me immediately to process my loan request, Amanda was very polite, helpful , knowledgeable, about how Extra Credit Union could help me… with my finance, situation. I applied for my loan on Tuesday and closed Friday. They treated us like Family..while working with Amanda The Credit Union manager Mr. SIMMONS Stopped by to welcome us and see we need anything.I truly recommend anyone in need of a loan. Go see Amanda work at Extra Credit union in Sterling heights Michigan. Thank you guys for the amazing job you did .. To go the extera Credit union to get a loan or do any banking needs. This credit union is the best I have never seen a credit union like before who is willing to help you when you first join, usually they make you wait 6 month to a year, and still may say no, but not e…xtra they are just awesome, there logo on there sign your credit don't have to be squeaky clean for us to loan to you, well they are telling the truth, me and my husband and daughter joined and they gave my daughter her first car loan ever, couldn't believe it and they also help us out to me and my husband Lacey is our loan officer and she really no her job, and she is very caring and compassionate about the needs of her customer, and she make you feel important, and she seen us through our whole loan process to.
