Mike Carr is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful, exceptional employee I’ve met in a very long time. His passion is relentless. He was very thorough, honest and patient! He was always available in spite of him having other members and if at that moment, he was unavailable, he definitely made himself available in a timely manner. I just wish we can clone Mike Carr a 1000 times.! we definitely need more people like him!

Mike was fantastic! I reached out for help about my financial situation and my car. He talked me through my options. Unfortunately there wasn’t much to do in that area but he helped me do a balance transfer on my credit card for a lower interest rate and cheaper monthly payment!
