We had a great experience with Lang Pools. We bought a house that had a gunite pool that had not had a human swim in it in almost a decade. We had such a great experience building a new pool with Lang’s! Everything went smoothly from start to finish - quick and responsive communication at every step, top quality product and service.
We had a wonderful experience with Marci, the office manager, Giavanna who helped us obtain the permit, Steve, the service manager and Ron the construction manager. After having a few bumps in the road early on in our construction, these team members truly helped turn the situation around and the end result is nothing but joy! They were completely professional, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
Last summer during COVID I decided to renovate my gunite pool and spa so I got several quotes. Lang Pools offered the best value for the money. Steve Caldwell walked me through the process and was very helpful and patient when it came time to pick tiles, pool deck materials and quartz pool plaster. Lang Pools managed the entire project which include upgrades to the drains, skimmers, lights, automation, coping, and deck. Outstanding service, fair price and true professionalism. When all the other pool services companies couldn’t be bothered to respond to voice messages and emails, Lang Pools hooked me up with the Service Manager within 30 minutes. We discussed my problems - pump about to expire, possible leaking valves and no skimmer suction. Estimate with me after an hour and job completed 48 hours later. Lang Pool built a fantastic 18x36 pool with a 1,500 SF paver patio and a gas firepit. I tell people all the time that it turned out better than I ever expected.
Lang pools did a great job on my beautiful In ground pool. Their project manager Ron DeLeo was a pleasure to work with too. The employees were all professional and respectful. Most of the job was done in a timely manner as promised. They clearly know what they are doing. I have already recommended them to friends. Everyone loves our new pool especially our kids!
