Positive and helpful sales associate when I called for information. Prompt processing and shipping. I appreciated the friendly service even though I had a very small order. I was surprised that I could not get the shipping cost up front, but it may have been due to the nature of a small, lightweight order. It worked out fine, and the shipping was about what I expected.
