We would like to thank Jay from Wisteria Lane Flooring for helping us to resolve our flooring issues. He's been very informative and patient. He has helped us to understand the difference in flooring types, stairway options and has educated us in the process of choosing and installing flooring. As a result we've installed beautiful koa flooring in our newly renovated home that exceeds our expectations. The selection of flooring choices was very good. The sales associate (Katheryn Powell) was very helpful and provided follow-up since we ordered the flooring very early in the construction process. When an installation question came up she referred us to one of their expert installers so that our contractor could talk with him and they came up with an efficient solution. The flooring was just recently installed and looks great.

I first was looking at flooring from Costco, it looked very nice and the price was quite good. Checked the company out online and everything was fine. When I was ready to purchase all the Costco flooring was gone with no idea when more was coming. Needed the flooring as soon as possible. Went to your store in Lihue and had a very informative meeting with Nadine. She was very knowledgeable about all the flooring available from Wisteria Lane. She took time with me and my daughter. Excellent customer service and a wide selection of high quality products at reasonable prices. We don't have to shop around because we know that we will find exactly the flooring we need at Wisteria Lane. We have redone the flooring in 7 houses so far using their products and all look fantastic! They have matching stair treads, baseboard, quarter round and high quality underlayment.

We ordered replacement flooring from Wisteria Lane to fix a section of our flooring that was water damaged. The replacement flooring was a different model number with differnt locking systems making the replacement boards incompatible with the Wisteria boards we already had. I talked to Jay the manager and he agreed to refund the boxes at the outer island store but also informed me that if I cut off the locking mechanisms on the first row of floor and glued them in then the rest of the repair boards would lock in. Firstof all I want to say the prices were great and the product was great had no problem with that at all. My problem was the fact that I bought a large order of laminate flooring and they only had half of my order which I took, after coming to buy my second half nobody told me it was a different size and that it would not fit into each other thus I have a lot of extra of my first order, that was okay also.
