We replaced 10 of the windows in our house and we could not be happier. They did a fabulous job. From the initial presentation/pitch to installation, the process was professional and streamlined. We were well informed the whole way of what was going on. The installers did a very beautiful, clean, precise job. They found an error in one of the windows and ordered a replacement, no questions asked. The first time ever having a home project with Hansons. Our Sales Representative, Jim was awesome, he set the tone. First I would like to say that the crew was very professional and friendly. Their work is top notch and they went above and beyond to complete the job even working long after dark on the second day to complete it. There was an issue with the flashing around the chimney which they came back to fix which now looks much better.
