The Hansons sales rep, David Kramer, is a great and honorable person who was professional, casual, and very accommodating. Shows a genuine interest for the concerns of his clients, while proudly representing Hansons Windows. Explained the product very well! .

Aaron Ybarra was extremely professional and thorough. He listened to my concerns took a look at the current roof. His presentation explained the roofing options available and their differences. He covered the guarantees, as I had questions concerning if lifetime actually meant lifetime..it does! Also, they have a transferable warranty but only with the premium product.. I was impressed by Hanson's A + BBB rating, their longevity (especially to back the lifetime warranty) and that they are striving to be better every year. ... read more

Troy and Ethan did a professional and came with a skill set that was excellent. This was a challenging job, putting in a walk-in shower. They came with a "can do " altitude. I was very impressed with the quality of their wprk. I have mo hesitation in recommending them! Continue the good work you do!
Aaron Ybarra show up on time. Spent at least a two hours going over the 1-800-HANSON'S process, pointing out issues of concerns, informing me of Hansons' three days right to cancel, financing options and answering my questions. I guess my only surprise was permits fee weren't included and the ballpark estimate for the cost of the permits was very broad. I choose the Deluxe Series roofing package and the Classic Series gutter package. I think Hanson's will do a great job.
