I am giving this 5 star rating because of the installers. The siding installers did an exceptional job during the installation process. One the other hand, if I was just rating the overall process from when we signed our contract the rating would be lower than a 5 star rating. We signed our contract before Memorial Day and were informed that the installation would be completed in mid-August. The whole process was easy. The crew had my roof done in one day and kept everything clean throughout the whole process in order to not disturb my neighbors. When I did the final walk through the front and back yard was completely cleaned up. Everyone at the company has been extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using Hanson’s for a new roof.

Great communication and a wonderful product. Hanson’s has the best windows, the triple pane glass is a money saver on our electric bill. As with everything during this time our windows were delayed a bit but their communication was on point and of course this in unavoidable right now. I actually expected the delay to be much longer than it was so that was another bonus for choosing Hanson’s. We will continue to use them for all projects in the future.
The crew was on time and worked hard. They completed the work in record time. I was very impressed. They cleaned up and I had very little to do. Some of the windows didn't lock and 2 men came out the very next day and fixed them. Barbara has been a joy to work with to finalize the sale. I would certainly recommend this company if replacing windows.
