The Hanson's Technician and the original Sales Associate were very professional. Top notch to their individual trades. Any questions I had or didn't understand were answered, and their follow up reply to me was do you understand because they both had another way of explaining the answer to my question. Allowing me to feel very comfortable in what their explanation to my question. Thank you HANSONS for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to having your company completing other tasks needed to be done in my home.

After waiting all day your employee first scheduled for an appointment to take the measurements, failed to show and I received no phone call cancelling. Also due to the corona virus the order was taken over the phone and I feel I got more door than I needed since it is an inside door wall and I was not allowed to change it. I feel if it was an in house estimate I would not have gotten such a heavy door. Other than that I am pleased with the door and the installation.

My dog broke my 50+ year old single pane window. I needed a replacement ASAP! Hanson’s came out the next day and within 4 weeks I had my new window. Every piece of this process was great. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I absolutely love my new window! Thank you Jason Small and the Hanson’s crew!

I had roof work done on my garage and back enclosed porch. The crew did an outstanding job. This is an old 2 story house and decades ago the up stairs had been made into an apartment and the bottom floor back porch and been enclosed. The roof was flat with a railing around part of it for a make shift deck. After decades of snow removal and walking on the roof it leaked really bad, so I had it all redone. We are in the lower Michigan area. Travis the sales rep. was very courteous and polite. After some needed discussion back and forth we were able to make an agreement. There were phone calls to us keeping us informed on the process toward getting ready for putting on the roof. The crew leader Andres Rojas and his crew did an excellent job. Great work ethics. Overall, experience was good. Workers did an excellent job, were professional and courteous. I only had two concerns which are relatively minor. Firstly, I was the POC for this project. They asked for a secondary phone number, just in case, so I gave them my husband's number. Once I did that, they started calling him instead of me. I thought this was because I was a woman. We had our roof installed by 1-800-Hansons this past week and I am very pleased. The installers did a phenomenal job of doing the tear off without making any mess and the installation of our new shingles was very professional. We have a ranch home with a good size roof, so this was a 4 day job for the small install crew, but they did a great job of working in sections and they were punctual getting an early start each morning.
