Well when they installed the door wall they didn’t tell me how to Lock it I had to get someone out here to show me how to lock it and then the window wasn’t painted so they had to send that back to the shop to make that right and that took a month and a half. When they installed the window it was filthy and I asked them if they were going to clean it and the they don’t clean them. And they didn’t show how they work to tip them out. Aaron was great to work with. You can tell he really cares about what he does. He was super easy to talk to and not pushy at all. He made sure to really go into detail and describe the product. Inspector lied and said “roof was good and only needed a few pieces of wood but don’t worry we’ll include 3 pieces you should be fine”. That was a load of crap seeing that the crew came and said the entire deck has to be repaired for 34 pcs of plywood at $84 per!! Almost $3000 added to my bill in a matter of 10 mins. Do not use Hansons they will rob you blind.
