There was a delay in my materials due to measurements not being correct. I got my tub replaced along with surround and added shower doors. The time frame, build out and the length of time it took for install was exactly what Jeffrey Stillman explained. He's an awesome salesman. I was disappointed at how thin and flimsy looking the surround material looked. But when Ethan and Kyle put it all together, I was very pleased with the finished results.
