Aaron Ybarra was extremely professional and thorough. He listened to my concerns took a look at the current roof. His presentation explained the roofing options available and their differences. He covered the guarantees, as I had questions concerning if lifetime actually meant lifetime..it does! Also, they have a transferable warranty but only with the premium product..
