Troy tells me that he went into the office on the 15th to check on the base and was told that no one ordered it until the 14th! So, I was told they’d have it in a week, but they didn’t even order it for a week! He also explained that the text messages I’d been receiving are all automated and that I should have received a phone call from the project coordinator the day of each install.
