Shawn Peebler is a true professional! He came out to look at pur windowa due to some issues with the calk around them. He checked EVERY and within his inspection he noticed some issues that I wouldn't have known. He immediately scheduled another day to come out and address the issues. Very courteous, professional, and full disclosure...what customer service should be and Hansen's is lucky to have. Been completely happy with these windows and the customer service is bar none thanks to Shawn!

Shane was very friendly and detailed. He was respectful of our home and property. I had a lot of detailed questions which he answered fully and made sure we understood completely. Good follow up by Shane and Hanson without harassment or overkill. As painful as window replacement shopping is, Shane made it bearable and it was overall a good experience.
