Shane, was great when we spoke with him on the phone and he arrive promptly as promised to the apt. He took us through Hanson’s story sharing your company qualifications, certifications, warranties, and history. We then talked about you CS and we really like that we can talk with the installers along the way and your company does have great ratings. Shane New was very helpful and informative during the bid process. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the interaction. He was able to answer all my questions, and explained the process to me effectively. My only criticism which prevent a full five stars is the amount of time Shane took. I feel that the process could have been quicker. I am otherwise very pleased with my experience.

WOW. I had (5) professionals who clearly enjoy their craft and working together to do an incredible job installing my windows. Shane got in touch that he could come early, which was welcomed. The appt went pretty long, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting. That being said, Shane was very thorough during the entire explanation of product and installation process. We were also not expecting to HAVE to make a choice today about getting a roof. I also did not like when we were chatting at the end about the 3 day cancellation time. I’m grateful for that time if Adam and I did feel pressured to buy. A lot of options were made available to us on payments. I feel like Shane was kind, respectful and welcomed questions as we discussed. He seemed familiar with his proposal and presentation of information. Meeting was much longer than I anticipated. I thought it was going to be a brief visit to discuss options and costs and have some time to think over. The cost of our new roof was more than we expected, but we went with Hansons due to the top rated materials and the quality workmanship. Our roof was relatively large; it extends out three feet from the house’s footprint on every side. Hansons removed our old roof and installed the new materials in just two days. We now have ridge cap vents on top and intake vents on both sides of the ridge vents to improve attic circulation/air movement. I’ve meet with Shane New. He went over ever different detail in the roofing materials they offer. He lets you know what your buying. I had one other company did an estimate for me. I didn’t sit down with them and talked about what’s going on with my roof. Shane showed me everything that was stressing me. Even though he didn’t live there. He showed me what has been going on with the roof over the years from when it was build. I know I’ve made a good investment in my roof.
