He definitely sat with us and made us feel at home with everything about the company all of his knowledge and making us feel comfortable with the choices and decisions prior to making them. We are not only thrilled and excited to have a lifetime partnership, but definitely feel like Shane made us feel like family. And we are absolutely thrilled to have a lifetime roof and gutters.

The presentation was great. Lots of good information, however the quote was significantly higher than any other bid we received for a basic package. The sheets of OSB if needing replacement on the roof is highway robbery. $88 for a sheet of OSB is extremely high, considering I can get a sheet from Home Depot or Lowes for $12. This bid was $5,800 more than the highest bid we received for essentially the same product and roofing industry standards.
