He took the time to listen and hear what we had to say and also took his time to do the repairs and explained what he was doing on every step. Shawn is the first person from Hanson's that we truly appreciated and he cares what he does and the image that needs to be portrayed by all Hanson employees.
Shawn was very help in working on fixing item that were wrong He even did this at the end of his day. Very kind and despite the mess he was straightening up from the installers. Thank you!!
