The whole experience was horrible but Shawn came out and resolved a lot of issues and said he’d keep me updated on the window that was missed. Shawn is very professional and knows the value of customer service
I had an appt for window repairs on 28 Jun from the install. Shawn did an excellent job. He took the time to listen and hear what we had to say and also took his time to do the repairs and explained what he was doing on every step. Shawn is the first person from Hanson's that we truly appreciated and he cares what he does and the image that needs to be portrayed by all Hanson employees.
Shawn was very help in working on fixing item that were wrong He even did this at the end of his day. Very kind and despite the mess he was straightening up from the installers. Thank you!!
