A total service failure from beginning to end. The wrong material shipped to the work site, poor installation, and bad customer service for problem resolution. Project started 9/6/2023 and completed mid November. Whenever a problem was reported, I was told that they would re-schedule the appointment, but little was done to ensure the issues were passed on to the crew for problem resolution. Had a great experience with 1-800-HANSONS. Great pricing and professional team. Installation crew was courteous and did great work. What was really exceptional is how hard they worked to please me as a customer. We did run into an issue on my Installation and they went above and beyond to correct it. It's rare that a company will try so hard to have completely satisfied customers. This says a lot about a company to me. Highly recommend for your home renovation projects! They did a great job on my new roof!
From Jennifer the sales rep to Marty and his crew the entire process was great. Our windows are amazing as soon as instal left we sat in the bedroom and could hear absolutely nothing from the outside.
Ryan was a breath of fresh air to work with - if given the option request to work with him! He turned a frustrating experience into a positive and made things right through his transparent and honest communication. I wish Ryan was the sales agent that assisted me when I originally worked with hansons for my roof and gutter replacement.
Ryan was great with giving me an estimate. He knew my apartment complex and knew the challenges of it already. He has helped alleviate my concerns and anxiety about this process. Very happy with my service so far.
