We had a great experience working with Richard at Hanson. He is very knowledgeable about Hanson and it's products. We were able to make an informed decision. We weren't pressured by sales tactics or an aggressive strategy. Richard was able to answer our questions. Overall, we were impressed with the sales rep. It was a true night and day experience compared to a review with a competitor.
