They were here on time went right to work and completed the job the next day as was promised. And I have 16 brand new windows keeping the cold weather out. I love them!
Took longer than expected but was very pleased with the guys who did the installation. It was not a selling point but Hanson should not advertise free tablets if they are not going to give them out.

Hanson's Global Crew 1 installed our windows in our home on Oak Valley Ave in Wyoming Michigan on February 13, 2020. They did a great job--they were very professional, there was absolutely no mess to clean up, they cleaned the windows after the install and didn't damage so much as a twig of the foundation plantings. Gail I Window & Door Specialists did our install. they were very professional and willing to please. Cleaned up everything when they were done. So far we are pleased with the windows.
Experience was fine. I don't know if I activated the warranty correctly. I would like to have something in writing for my file.
I am very pleased with both the quality of the windows an the installation was flawless. the crew that did the install worked like a well oiled machine, they did the job in record time and before the crew left, they cleaned up everything. when they left you could not even tell they were here, other then the new windows.
