WARNING - BUYER BEWARE - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO VALUE TO LIFETIME WARRANTY!! Ongoing issues since installation in 2019. Hanson's does NOT honor their warranty.....I have 4 bowed and cupping windows that 2 Hanson employees and a Hanson's independent installer told me were defective and needed to be replaced. NOTE, the Hanson employees would NOT put this in writing for me nor would the independent installer for fear of losing their contract.
