The representative was on time, very easy to talk to, and understand why he was showing us the windows. And he was very knowledgeable about the products. My wife and I were very happy with the results and the price that he quoted us on the window bay window so we bought it so far. Very happy now wants the windows installed. We’ll see what happens there. I think all good will come out of it. Thanks
