Ben was so personable and kind. He walked me through the process for removing and installing for my old 1880’s pulley-system windows and even gave me a cool demonstration of what my windows will be like with energy-efficient ones. Ben was great, he even loves cats. :) I wasn’t approved at first but Ben is a problem-solver and didn’t let that stop us, i’m officially getting new windows thanks to him! Thanks Ben!
