The whole project was a bit slow going at first. There were displays getting product and confusion communicating with office people. The final team (Terry Lee 3) that came out went above and beyond. They were only to install windows but they did so much more. I was very impressed with their work. They did a lot of work in a short amount of time and it was done well. I might have been hesitant to give Hanson’s a good review but these guys turned it all around for me.
Jennifer presented well, was on time, and walked me through why Hanson's windows are superior to others. She walked me through the window process from start to finish and was able to easily answer any questions I had. She told me about my purchase options as well. Great service with a smile!
