Ricky was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient while explaining the nuances of Hanson's roofing products and instalation procedures. If it hadn't been for an insurmountable difference in price with what he offered and what I actually got with Victor's, I would have signed with Ricky. The difference was $33,000 versus $26,645 for very similar product and reputation. I told Ricky I would contact him for window and sliding door replacement next summer.
