The product looks to be good at the time of installation. Time will tell. The coordination and communication between Hansons department(s) staff of Brandy and Avery was very poor contradicting with canceled appointments & times. Communication between Hansons and the sub-contractor's was poor, not sure when things were to be done. Hansons sales representative Ricky was too anxious to sell, and it showed in the follow up corrections needed for timing, coordination and the installation of the products purchased.
